原訂9／27入住，剛好是長榮桂冠曼谷最後一個營業日，於是透過訂房網站.com訂房網的聯絡機製，以免費的網路電話，與飯店溝通，在前台不修改原訂單的前提下，改成9／26的住宿，在9／27凌晨下飛機出關後，入住的協議。惟美中不足的是：因為原訂單係（1）9／27住宿（2）住宿於長榮桂冠酒店。即使後台改成9／26入住，但在下原本9／27住宿的需求仍未滿足；因之衍生9／27增加住宿費的部份，訂房網認為〔原訂單9／27住宿〕已能履行了，所以僅提供訂單金額30%的心意補償，並不足以補償：因為增加一天住宿的支出。畢竟原訂單的標的有二（1）9／27住宿（2）住宿於長榮桂冠酒店。在下只有提前於9／26住宿（但實際於9／27凌晨4點入住），方能滿足（2），但（1）則需額外增加其他旅館的住宿費用了

The location is convenient if you are on a business 訂房網站 or have an occasion to be in that area. However, for tourists it's a bit far from the main highlights and the food choices are limited after a certain hour in the evening. We were greeted by very friendly and polite staff. The rooms were very spacious. One of them had a kitchen whereas the other room we had booked had a second guest bathroom instead. Unfortunately, one window in one of the living rooms had many handprints on it and in the other room the bin in the bathroom was covered in dirty speckles. We requested for both to be cleaned, however, unfortunately, only the prints on the window were removed. The amenities in the room included scales, a safe, a mini refrigerator, an ironing board and toiletries. We also received new water bottles as well as tea and coffee daily. There were many power outlets all throughout the rooms. All in all we had a pleasant and comfortable stay with beautiful views over Bangkok.

我在飯店結束營業當天凌晨才抵達曼谷，原本要住一週的時間，因為航班取消還有飯店方9/27是最後營業日，所以我只住了不到一個晚上。這家長榮桂冠酒店服務實在是很有水準，雖然部份房間會受交通噪音影響，其餘真的沒話說的，尤其是老五星飯店，行李從下計程車就一路安排進房間。很感心，離開時還給了洗澡用品紀念小禮物。真是可惜，時代的眼淚呀！

三個月內第二次入住此飯店,櫃台人員主動為我們升等房型！太棒了。雖然長榮桂冠酒店己有一段歷史,但維護管理還算不錯,不會像一些舊飯店般顯得「死氣沉沉」破落不堪的樣子. 若熱愛家游泳,這家飯店的泳池確實是小了一點但其他方面如地理位置（鄰近二大BTS站及Silom地鐵,步行十分鐘以內）,新開幕的Dusit Central Park 也是走路可達,再加上飯店服務、房間整潔乾淨等,CP值算是非常高的

BTSが最寄りで少し歩き、內裝も一部古さを感じさせますがこの価格であれば十分許容範囲だと感じました。歩くのが苦でなければMRTも徒歩圏內です。朝はビュッフェ形式で台灣の料理がメインで一部タイ料理がありました。

飯店很好服務人員尤其是迎賓下樓出門買個東西也會待在門口主動開門。機場接駁也會幫忙確認車號地點有點尷尬附近按摩店方便前往的只有一家其他的都要走一陣子 7-11也是約200公尺才會走到路段下午很塞車晚上則是好多了

It's was brilliant stay.I booked superior single which is in the new building but I received the upgraded for the main building when I was checking in.Thanks a million I am truly appreciate it. The building itself it's look old from the outside but inside it is absolutely beautiful and so well maintained. I love the decor although old fashion style but very clean. I love it😍😍😍.

八月底入住三晚非常棒的住宿體驗。退房當日，櫃檯小姐忘記退回押金一千泰銖。我寫信詢問旅館，並告知九月初會再來入住二晚。二度回來入住，櫃檯先生非常客氣，也安排升等房型。實在開心，物超所值。可惜該老字號旅館將自9／27最後一個營業日後，就要熄燈說再見。期待會有全新風貌的新品牌開幕。

I stayed 2night here which feeling want to stay more . First location, located Silom area which walkable to nightlife scene of Patpong. Huge lobby for me to wait for bolt or tuktuk ,10 minutes to 50 Chula or Mr Joe in one Bangkok, if u self drive can rent from hertz bkk which located 10 minutes walk to their Silom branch. Bed is comfortable and bathroom is good , tv got Chinese subtitle which nxt time I can bring my kids to this hotel as I think they will love it.

역에서 10-15분 정도 떨어져 있지만 깨끗하고 친절한 숙소 입니다. 싱글룸 예약했는데 둘이자도 넉넉한 사이즈 였어요. 수영장도 작지만 이용객이 적어서 충분합니다. 수질도 깨끗하고 bts이용하기 너무 좋아요
